The possession is a scary ass tale about a little girl who encounters supernatural activities once she buys a mysterious box in a yard sale. The evil demon that inhibits the box then possess the little girl and all hell breaks lose. Sounds pretty familiar no?
The new make-up was a shade too light
Can I say firstly JEEPERS CREEPERS man, that was one scary ass movie! It has been a couple of weeks till we last stumbled on something worth watching. The Possession takes you on a roller coaster ride of screams, induced vomit and tears of sorrow. You need quite a number of things to make a movie scary in my opinion. It has to be the following : 1) The setting 2) The Evil 3) The Link 4) The ending. I actually think this movie has all of it.

This might not be the best horror film out there, but it is relatively refreshing. The evil object in this movie is actually an evil Jewish Demon instead of the usual Catholic demonic type. It's quite subjective on what we find scary. Asian cultures seem to be scared of womanly figures with long black hair while western culture is more towards small like figures such as a child. This is the perfect combo to basically scare EVERYONE.

Okay let's sum it up. The possession is worth the watch if you're browsing through the cinema now. It should have u fearing for every dark corner in that house of yours.
